Wednesday - BJJ class w/ Gi 5-6pm
Boxing 6-7pm

Thursday - Rest
Friday - BJJ sparring w/ Gi 5-6:30pm
Saturday - Heavy Conditioning
Sunday - Rest
*maybe sparring on Saturday mornings a couple times a month but not too much
